Join us for a tea party where we will explore and experience the benefits of tea and other natural methods and modalities for mental, emotional, and physical healing and wellbeing. Feel free to dress up in your favorite tea party fashions including hats, gloves, and dresses. A massage therapist will be on site for an additional fee.

It is also designed to provide training and resources to members of our community that are open to learning the basics of mindfulness and how to apply it to their daily lives to help reduce stress and transform their lifestyles.
